When I place an order online, how long until I receive my order?
Once placed online, orders are usually processed and packed within 1-2 working days. Delivery time with one of our couriers will depend on where you are situated. Most orders to major centres (such as main cities) are delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch. Outlying and regional towns/areas can take up to 4-5 working days. Kindly note, because of the nature of the products we sell, all orders are shipped using Economy Road Freight services with our couriers. We usually use The Courier Guy PUDO or Bex Express for deliveries - all of which offer online tracking so you can follow the progress of your parcel delivery.
Can orders be sent to farms and remote areas?
Some areas of South Africa are not serviced by couriers and most couriers will not head out of their way to deliver to farms etc. You are welcome to contact us beforehand to make arrangements - we can often use the PAXI parcel service to PEP Stores in your area, Postnet to Postnet or PUDO to one of The Courier Guy Kiosks. You are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp (0606916567 answered during business hours) and we can make special delivery arrangements.
Do you deliver internationally?
At this stage we only offer delivery within South Africa. For deliveries to neighbouring countries, we can usually deliver to an address at the closest border city on the South African side, but you would then need to arrange collection and transport across the border.
What if I need to order more items than the website shows in stock?
We have a physical retail shop in Port Elizabeth and only a portion of our stock is allocated to our online website. You are welcome to WhatsApp us with stock queries and, if possible, we'll allocate extra stock or products to our website.
